Warranty

We stand behind everything we build and will repair or replace any item that is defective or damaged during normal use. This does not cover abnormal abuse or rust that may occur without proper maintenance. Refer to our Care page or email us if you have any questions concerning care and maintenance. We are happy to help!

*Please inspect the cookware upon arrival and notify us if there are any major scratches, rust or damage so we can quickly remedy any issues.

Returns

We accept returns on all unused, unscratched and rust free cookware up to 30 days after you receive it. It must be wrapped and returned in its original paper and packaging. We do not cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive the cookware and evaluate it’s condition we will refund you the total amount of the product minus the initial shipping cost and a 5% restocking fee. If it is used, scratched, or rusted we will have to charge an additional refinishing fee of 15% of the original product cost.

Exchanges

We are happy to do exchanges on unused, unscratched, rust free cookware and will honor the full product amount minus shipping costs. Upon arrival we will issue a store credit for your future purchase.
